Students are enrolled in structured session packages to ensure consistency and academic momentum.

Each 8-session package is valid for 45 calendar days from the first scheduled session.

This enrollment structure:

• Preserves consistent scheduling for all enrolled families
   

Enrollment reserves dedicated instructional time within our academic calendar.

Mind’s Eye Learning is committed to balancing flexibility with academic integrity.

If sessions remain unused within the 45-day enrollment window:

• Up to two (2) sessions may be extended into the following 30-day period.
   
• Extended sessions must be scheduled within that timeframe.
   
• Additional extensions are considered only for documented medical or emergency circumstances.
   

Sessions not used within these structured timeframes may expire in order to protect scheduling fairness and instructional consistency.

Consistent attendance is essential to sustained academic growth.

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session.
   
• Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be considered completed.
   
• No-shows are recorded as delivered sessions.
   
• Emergency circumstances are reviewed individually.
   

Reserved instructional time represents professional preparation, planning, and instructional allocation.

Due to high demand and limited instructional capacity, Mind’s Eye Learning maintains a structured waitlist.

Priority enrollment is extended to:

• Currently enrolled students renewing without interruption
   
• Siblings of active students
   
• Students completing formal assessments
   
• Families who secure priority enrollment status
   

Enrollment continuity preserves reserved instructional times. Students who do not renew prior to expiration may release their reserved time to families on the waitlist.

Mind’s Eye Learning, LLC adheres strictly to ESA vendor requirements.

• ESA funds are billed only for documented services rendered.
   
• Instructional logs and attendance records are maintained for audit review.
   
• ESA funds are never charged for unused sessions.
   
• Refunds, if required, are processed exclusively through ClassWallet.
   

All applicable third-party processing fees (including ClassWallet and other digital platforms) are the responsibility of the parent unless paying in cash.

We value respectful, collaborative relationships with families.

Mind’s Eye Learning reserves the right to discontinue services if policies are repeatedly violated or if communication becomes disruptive to the learning environment.
